Art meets industry and both meet the side of your sofa with the European Farmhouse Art Industriel End Table. We're captivated by this modernist end table's blend of Dutch white cedar for the body and iron for the legs. Both materials are hand-rubbed and distressed, and the wood includes white cedar and ash burl veneers with multiple layers of custom-tinted, fine-grade lacquer. You'll get two finish options with the wood: terrain for a dark, coffee-colored shade that accentuates the hand distressing; or blond, a natural, close-to-the-wood matte finish with a subtle cream accent glaze.
With all this hand-rubbing and hand-distressing, this end table looks like a hand-me-down, but in the best possible way. It looks instantly aged, mature, wise beyond its years, and it's offset by the clean, modern angles of the two shelves and one drawer with a hand-forged pull. Pair it with the European Farmhouse Art Industriel Coffee Table for the complete, timeless-yet-modern look.

Do not place your furniture in direct sunlight and/or a damp area. Arrange your furniture so it is not placed in front of or over heating or air conditioning vents. Avoid placing furniture directly under windows. Be careful not to place plastic materials (place mats, lamp bases, notebooks, etc.) on your furniture. Certain plastics have ingredients that may react with and damage the finish. Occasionally rotate accessories so they do not remain in the same spot for extended periods. Avoid creating marks on your furniture by placing a piece of felt, cloth, or leather under accessories. Lift objects from the top surface rather than dragging them across the finish when moving them. Use a protective pad when using your furniture as a writing surface (especially when using a ballpoint pen). Wipe up spills promptly. Water left over a prolonged period of time will cause white spots in the finish, and alcohol, perfume, after-shave, and medicines can cause severe damage to the finish. Dust frequently with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. To remove accumulated dust or old furniture wax buildup, use a soft, lint-free cloth which has been dampened in a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Dry thoroughly using a clean, lint-free cloth, and then apply furniture polish, wiping it in the direction of the wood grain. It's recommended that the furniture be polished every six months.
